Learn the movements of Gyrokinesis® as they are applied to the pulley tower. Through lecture, movement instruction and hands-on work students become familiar with all aspects of Gyrotonic® and the motions of Gyrokinesis. Attention is paid to breath, proper alignment, energetic awareness and the form and intention of all exercises. Course is 20-30 hours depending on number of participants.
